If you are trying to find a place to rent & looking for a good location we suggest looking at APPROVED HDB flats or apartments with facilities near your home. It will not be a condo or private apartment or near the city but it would be much cheaper in price.
If however you need certain features you could always join a reputable club near your home or office to compensate yr needs. Most private apartments are much smaller than HDB units depending on your requirements.
Normally you should choose a place near your work and also transport like the MRT trains and Buses. The government has made this convenient throughout Spore. In Singapore there is accountability, reliability, stability . Many have said that it is a safe country but as in every country there are some exceptions.
